Our spacious 1st-floor condo, ‘Resi @ Rutledge’, is ideal for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Located on historic Rutledge Avenue, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up small porch steps, Resi @ Rutledge features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6 seats and spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings. Bedrooms are located on this 1st level, with 1 full bathroom just off of the main living room and bedroom hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat-screen Amazon fire stick powered TV and King or Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. Extra-large porch with park views will make this an extra special stay ; )

North Central: We are located in the North Central area of Charleston, just a short Uber/bike ride away from Downtown Charleston, and are conveniently situated nearby many hip new restaurants as well as easy access to main roads and therefore the beach! This area offers a more quiet, urban living area just away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. There are many new restaurants and bars that are attracting students, families and young professionals alike, some local favorites include; Uneeda Sicilian, Huriyali, Renzo, Park Cafe, Rodney Scott’s BBQ, Moe's Crosstown, Faculty Lounge, Rutledge Cab Co. and many more! On Tuesday night’s head over to Moe’s Crosstown Tavern for half-price burgers that are some of the best in town and then enjoy one of Charleston’s largest and most famous public parks- Hampton Park.
