The Space

Our spacious home, ‘The Red Robin (Suite B)' is a newly renovated and refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor unit and is perfect for smaller groups comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. With its bright, open layout, mid-century modern design, and its central location it still manages to maintain that beloved historic Charleston charm. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to Upper King Street and popular local restaurants such as Five Loaves Café, the Warehouse, Counter Culture Coffee, and countless more. Throughout the unit you will find hardwood floors, high ceilings, stone counter tops, brand new appliances, trendy light fixtures, and modern furnishings/design. The property features… A stylish living room/lounge space with dining. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the shared front door, and access the unit through a private entrance. Once inside, guests will ascend one flight of stairs, and arrive in the bright, open living room area. The lounge space has an open, midcentury modern design and features a large charcoal grey sofa, area rug, coffee table, a standing lamp, 2 accent chairs, a ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall above a trendy console table. Off to the side is a small round dining table surrounded by 4 camel colored leather dining chairs. These features make this is space ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal together after a long day of exploration. A fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen, open the living room, boasts brand new stylish cabinetry, marble countertops, and new fixtures. It comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided to make guests feel right at home. Three barstools lined along the back side of the large kitchen island, make this the perfect spot for enjoying a home-cooked meal together. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the corner of the kitchen for guests use. A 2nd Floor Balcony. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee, watch the sunset, or just enjoy one another’s company on their own private 2nd floor balcony accessible off of the living room and the front bedroom. Here you will find plenty of outdoor seating including 2 accent chairs, a café table between two cushioned wicker chairs, and a porch swing bench. 2 Bedrooms with En-suite Bathrooms. The 1st bedroom, located toward the front side of the house, features a memory foam king sized bed with a tuft headboard, 2 bedside tables, a standing lamp, 2 accent chairs, ceiling fan, luggage rack, full length mirror, a flat screen TV atop a wooden dresser and an en-suite bathroom. The 1st bathroom accessible by the 1st bedroom as well as the hallway, features brand new tile flooring, fixtures, stone sink counter tops, and a full bathtub/shower. The 2nd bedroom, located at the back side of the house off of the living room area, features a queen sized bed, bedside table with a lamp, a large walk-in closet, luggage rack, a small dresser, wall mirror, an accent chair, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall and an en suite master bathroom. The en suite bathroom has brand new tile flooring, stone sink counter tops, chic lighting, new fixtures, and a large glass stand up shower. I love traveling, my family, my dog, green tea, coffee, sushi, making music, nutrition, reading, meeting new people, and living life to the fullest. I work for Yelp and put on public events in Charleston. I've lived in Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Jupiter, FL; Chattanooga, TN; New Haven, CT; Athens, GA; and now I live in Charleston, SC and NEVER want to leave. I live by the motto "Leave nothing behind but good will". I'm a big believer in karma and care about quality control in what I do. I hope to not only be a good host, but your friend and guide (if needed) during your stay here in the best city in America :) I want you to also see whats good in the locals eyes and not just what is marketed to the tourists.

Policies

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON! Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
