Experience coastal living at its finest in this beautiful 2-story home, "Phil’s Place". This stay is perfect for groups of 6-8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 full baths - providing ample room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The first thing you’ll notice as you step into the front door of “Phil’s Place” is the bright open floor plan throughout the home. As you enter, you will be met by the spacious dining area to your right - featuring a large dining table with seating for 8 people. To your left, you will find the first of 4 bedrooms in the home which includes a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage room for your belongings. There is also a half-bathroom located in the hallway outside this bedroom. Continue through the foyer to the combined living/kitchen area - the perfect place to share a meal or kick back and watch a movie together on the 4K HDTV. For your convenience, the kitchen comes fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware and stainless steel appliances. Follow the staircase to the second level, where you will find three more spacious bedrooms along with two full bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have been furnished with 1 king and 1 queen sized bed and have a shared full-bathroom connecting them. The third bedroom on the second floor is the Master bedroom which contains a king-sized bed and a large 4K HDTV mounted on the wall in case you want to watch TV in bed. Attached to this bedroom you will find another spacious full-bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. A true oasis for some downtime. In addition to the indoor space, ‘Phil’s Place’ features a screened-in outdoor patio located off the kitchen/living area with a grill for all of your backyard barbeque needs.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can park 4 compact cars or 2 larger vehicles off the street and into the driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do, and can direct you to the best local things-to-do such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Mount Pleasant, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9 pm-8 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the Township of Mount Pleasant Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

Our location provides easy access to the highways and short commutes whether you're headed Downtown or to the beach. We are also located close to the Marsh View Trail which contains uplands, salt marsh, a hammock island and a paved quarter-mile walking trail that winds through the old live oak trees and opens up to an expansive view of the marsh and salt flat. Butterfly garden and nicely furnished off-leash dog runs are a bonus on the trail. Walmart Supercenter conveniently located nearby as well.
