We had a good experience at this property. It was very conveniently located just a few blocks from King Street, close to many restaurants and things to do! The apartment was very comfortable, with comfy beds and spacious living quarters. The apartment was very clean, although it did have a bit of a musky smell (it's located in the finished basement, so that can be expected). Towels and sheets were good quality. Check-in and check out were simple as the door has a lock with a code. Host did an excellent job communicating with us. Felt a good sense of privacy and a quiet community, but again still close enough to things we wanted to do. Only complaint, is the noise from the upstairs neighbors. It did seem like we could hear every footstep on the ceiling of the airbnb.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. It was very clean, across from a park, had good parking and was very central to many activities. The beds were so comfortable and the amenities were abundant. The upstairs tenants were quiet at appropriate hours and very friendly.
