Overall the rental was good and met our needs location wise. The house was clean and beds comfortable but the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it had a very strong musty smell that both my wife and I found difficult to get used to.The kitchen was stocked very well and appliances were all new. The only table to eat at (a counter hight one) was unusable because the chairs are too tall for the table and you can’t get your legs under the table. So we had to eat meals using the coffee table which wasn’t comfortable. With a few tweaks this would be an excellent rental but the smell and not having an eating area need to be remedied.

Improved from previous visit. AC very functional. Very clean and no odors. Plentiful supplies. Comfortable and a very good location near Hampton Park.

really cute house, and very central. wouldn’t walk around the neighborhood at night but never felt unsafe. would definitely return
