Accessed by its own entrance/exit, Oswego Bungalow features an intimate yet comfortable floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for guests looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. High top dinning table for four near our fully stocked kitchen with electric stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all of the cooking utensils you would need to cook a feast! We like to provide a bag of locally roasted coffee for your stay! Living room equipped with flatscreen SmartTV and trendy comfortable furniture making it perfect for watching your favorite shows and movies after a long day exploring Charleston and walking through Hampton Park. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed while the second bedroom across the hall has a bunk bed with a top twin bed and bottom full size bed. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

Home to the infamous Rodney Scott's BBQ, Renzo, Huriyali, Park and Grove, and Little Jacks Tavern. You will enjoy the trendy side of King St that is walkable to both Wagener Terrace, Hampton Park, and the Cannon/Elliottborough neighborhoods, this location is about as central as it gets!

Great stay, fantastic apartment and better service via the owners. My only complaint was that I haven found this place sooner. 5 stars all around and will be back soon!
This apartment is in a great location--walkable to King street, although you may want to take an Uber if going downtown. Also a five minute walk to the grocery store and pharmacy, as well as a few great coffee shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean, and the host team were great communicators. They allowed us to check in early which saved us from having to work out of a coffee shop all day (much appreciated!). This is a small apartment, and I wouldn't try to fit more than 3 people. It's also suited best to shorter stays (long weekends) given the size. But the common space is bright and cozy, the kitchen has everything you might need, the wifi is fast, and the beds are comfortable. I would use StayDuvet again, for sure!
We stayed at this AirBnB for a long weekend trip to Charleston and it was exactly what we needed! The location made it easy to get across town or where ever we wanted to explore. It's walking distance to Hampton Park, which is beautiful! The amenities were as expected and the space was very clean. We were a party of 3 for half the trip and the size of the space was perfect, I definitely would not have traveled with any more people if staying in this unit. The concierge service is highly responsive and was able to answer all our questions about the unit or things to do in town. Definitely a nice space to rest after adventuring around Charleston!
