Located in Park Circle, our home is convenient to everything the area has to offer: Riverfront Park, Firefly Distillery, and several other local hot spots, such as EVO Pizzeria / Bakery, The Mixson Club, and Holy City Brewing. Our home is recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths making it ideal for groups of 6-8 people. It boasts an open floor plan that allows groups to easily spend time together across the living room, dining room and kitchen. The home is one-level allowing easy access to all rooms. As you enter our home, you will be greeted by a bright open living and /dining room area, which features a large L- shaped couch, a coffee table, a mounted flat screen TV, ceiling fans and a large wooden dining room table with seating that seats up to 8 guests. Beyond the living room, the kitchen comes fully equipped with stone countertops, cookware, plenty of cabinet storage/space, and brand new appliances, including an oven/stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker. The master bedroom is located to the right of the dining room towards the back of the home. It features a king sized bed, two side tables with lamps, a large mounted flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, a closet, a large standing mirror and private access to the backyard deck. The bathroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower. Located to the left of the living room, our first two guest bedrooms each feature a queen sized bed, two side tables with lamps and a ceiling fan. You can access the backyard through the laundry room which features a new washer/ dryer, at the back of the home. Our fenced in backyard features a large wooden deck with a table that seats up to 6 guests and has an umbrella for shading. There are also two lawn chairs with an umbrella, a fire pit with 4 additional chairs and corn hole so that you and your guests can enjoy the beautiful weather that Charleston has to offer! Finally, our home has its own driveway with plenty of space for your whole group to unload.

Our housekeeping team members cleans and sanitizes all hard surfaces of our home, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. Our housekeeping team is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON! During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest you obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed on the premises. This is a licensed and legal short term rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charlestons Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ day stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at our discretion. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
Park Circle: Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches. Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization and was named the “Brooklyn of South Carolina” by Thrillist. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a relaxing yoga class at Barefoot Yoga, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard-nominated) wine bar. Park Circle is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas (even its own disc golf course). The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of Charleston. Other than the occasional train horn, we think you will find the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. Our home is conveniently situated between Charleston International Airport and Downtown Charleston. It is also in close proximity to Boeing and SPAWAR for you business travelers. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. It’s around a 25 minute drive to Sullivan’s Island Beach, one of South Carolina’s most beautiful beaches.
