Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 7am. There is new construction that started next door. Two homes are being built. There is also another big construction project across the street from the home. The Cannonborough / Elliotborough neighborhood of historic downtown Charleston, SC is known best for its laid back, residential streets, and great selection of off the beaten path eateries your the guide books won't tell you about. Grab a casual bite to eat at D'Allesandro's just 1 block away, without a doubt one of the best pizza shops in Charleston, or for fine dining and authentic Italian cuisine, head to Trattoria Lucca near MUSC. We're 1 block from King St where just about everything is walkable.

Great place to stay! Clean and in a great location. It was easy to check in and out and communicate with the host.
I loved my stay with stay duvet. The house was so cute and perfect for what I needed. I would definitely come back and stay here again! Pro tip, your car definitely will not fit in the driveway so take advantage of the spot they provide in the extra lot. The street parking is all 2 hour so I’d avoid that, however from living there I knew parking in the lot across from Rec room was an option as well but I’d only recommend this to people who know what the area is like. This team was very responsive and full of tips so I’d recommend this crew any day
