Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 7am. There is new construction that started next door. Two homes are being built and a big construction project across the street is taking place. Very clean and super great location! Check in and communication were great. We loved being able to walk around the corner to King Street! Make sure you read the information about parking carefully. There is one very small spot near the house that will only accommodate a very very tiny car. The other parking spot is just down one block, so that works out well. Overall, a great stay and I would stay again.
