Our spacious 1st & 2nd floor carraige-house/home combo, ‘John F Condon Estate’, is ideal for groups of 2-4 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located off of Rutledge Ave in beautiful Hampton Park, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (exterior) stairs, John F Condon Estate features a unique layout as the carriage house is a standalone at the back of the property and the entire 3rd floor loft that accounts for the additional bedroom/bath, accommodating both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 4 seats and 2 separate living rooms. The other 1 bedroom is located on the ground level, with 1 full bathroom as well. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat screen TV and king and queen sized beds. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. With a kitchenette located in the 3rd floor loft.
Guests will have exclusive access to the back carriage house, and the 3rd floor of the building of the main house. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into a driveway/parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.
