Our spacious condo/home, ‘House of Blues’, is ideal for groups of 2-14 guests with 6 bedrooms, and 4 full baths. Located 1 block off of King Street, it's a perfect location for shopping, walking to Upper King's many restaurants, and is close to many historic sites as well. Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up the porch stairs, House of Blues features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. The large kitchen and living room are located on the first floor, along with one king bedroom with it's own ensuite full bath. The living room features a large sectional, additional seating, and large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware has 8 bar stools for dining in and sharing a meal. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The spacious master features a King bed and an ensuite full bath. The other two King bedrooms are also located on this level (one with an additional twin sized daybed) sharing a full hall bath. The two queen bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, one with an ensuite full bath that can also be shared with the second queen room. All King bedrooms have their own flat screen Smart TV. Our team provides basic tv login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. The ground level features a large outdoor space ideal for enjoying a meal, an afternoon drink, or Charleston's beautiful weather.
Guests will have exclusive access to all three floors of Unit B, as well as the outdoor patio. Parking for one vehicle is offered in the home's graveled backyard. Parking is tight and we suggest bringing a compact car or compact SUV only.

If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation.
