The Space

Our spacious 2nd floor studio is ideal for 2 guests with 1 Queen bed and 1 full baths. Located at Historic Smalls Alley and off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up exterior stairs, Title features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Breakfast bar with two seats allows guests to dine in comfort. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire 1st floor apartment as well as one off street parking space.

Interaction with Guests

Historic Smalls Alley are all self check-in, check-out units. A door code will be provided a few days before your arrival, also included will be a website with directions and a site map of HSA please review map before you leave home to become familiar with the property. We can’t wait for your stay here in the Holy City, if you should find yourself having any further questions feel free to reach out to us.

Other Things to Note

Got furry travel companions? We welcome your pets! ALL PETS must be approved prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $100, which is non-refundable deposit. We hope your pet loves their stay too, but as that you please refrain from having any pets on the furniture. There can be an additional charge of up to $150 for excessive pet clean up. There is a $200 pet fee is one is found in the unit without prior approval. Pricing: My units will appear to cost more than many listings because I am in one of the only legal areas of Charleston to rent short term. My price includes all accommodation taxes 13.5%

With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, The Jetty, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Brown's Court Bakery and Sugar Bakery located nearby. We recommend going to 132 Spring or Babas for a cup of locally-roasted coffee and their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as buzzing restaurants. This is not a party house any unruly behavior will result in immediate eviction and no refund will be returned, please respect the people around you at all times. Historic Smalls Alley is zoned for and pays accommodation taxes and my prices reflect that. Please Beware there are listings not licensed to rent vacation rentals in downtown Charleston. Don't risk losing your reservation at the last minute, ask before you book.
