Our spacious 2 floor home, ‘The Hibiscus House’, is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional guest or 2) with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath. Located just off of Cannon Street, location and parking won't be an issue here! We have one spot in the driveway. Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, Hibiscus features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. All 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with 2 full bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat screen Roku powered TV and King or Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have exclusive access to the 2 floors of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull one car off the street and into a driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Please note; the driveway is a bit narrow so larger vehicles like SUVs will have a harder time fitting in. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
