As you step through the front door you are welcomed by a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with professional-grade Thermador appliances, including a six-burner range and an open floor plan living space overlooking the ocean. The living space features a dining table that seats eight people as well as island seating for four. Here, you will also find a comfortable living room to lounge in with a 55' smart TV with cable and streaming services. Enjoy the expansive screened-in porch with a plush patio set and a table that seats ten. Off of the living space are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is appointed with a California king bed and 33” smart TV, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The two are connected by a bathroom with a separate water closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, while the fourth guest room features two twin beds. An adjacent second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, and the sixth bedroom has a queen bed. There is an adjacent bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Here you will find another family room that features vaulted ceilings and a 50” smart TV with cable and streaming services. The balcony off of this living space is the best place in the house to watch the sunrise and sunset. The back patio has a three-burner gas grill and space for alfresco dining. One of the best features of this home can be found here as well. The private beach access! Enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower as well as a washing station after a long day at the beach. Additional features include an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. There is a large washer/dryer on the first floor and a stackable washer dryer on the second floor. Parking is available for up to three cars between the driveway and the garage. Additional parking can be found in the gravel parking area in front of the home.

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Each guest is also provided with a special visitor guide designed for them so they can discover the best things to do and see.
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF FOLLY! Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. NO PETS ALLOWED! Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
