Close to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, Patriot's Point on the Charleston Harbor, & the beach on Sullivan's Island. Town home is on the last street before you cross over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan's Island - it's less than 2 miles to the beach(nice walk or bike ride). On the Island you will find: Station 30 - a well known kite boarding spot on the East Coast & fabulous places to eat: Home Team BBQ, High Thyme, Salt, & Poe's Tavern. Shem Creek is just 2 miles north of town home. Lots of places to eat such as Reds, R & B's, Table & Tavern, and Shem Creek Bar & Grill. Watch the sunset and fishing boats come in for the day. Nature Kayak Adventures on Shem Creek offers kayak & paddle boarding tours and rentals. Walk or bike about 12 blocks to the Charleston Harbor to the Pitt Street Bridge (1000 foot pier) and take in breathtaking views of Sullivan's Island & Downtown Charleston. Lots of restaurants are located near the property, some within walking distance. Town home is a spacious 1460 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms (12 x 16) & 2.5 baths with a queen murphy bed in the den. Home has a new heat & air unit, hardwood & tile flooring throughout, bead board wainscoting in upstairs bathrooms, & freshly painted walls. Outdoor area features a private deck with grill & dining for 6-8.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire town home. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into the driveway which has space for two vehicles, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-7 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the Township of Mount Pleasant Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!! Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. Old Village/Shem Creek: Our home is nestled in the charming residential neighborhood of Old Village, part of the fast-growing town of Mt. Pleasant. Old Village has a great old town charm but is filled with natural beauty and modern convenience. It is centrally located just off of Coleman Boulevard and is bordered on one side by beautiful and historic Shem Creek which boasts some of the best seafood found on the East Coast. Shem Creek is one of the most iconic locations in the Charleston area. While it is still home to the last of the local fishing boats, Shem Creek is regularly frequented by kayakers, paddle-boarders, and sunset revelers who enjoy the lively scene on the water. Our home is conveniently located close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Cinebarre, and all the Shem Creek day & night life including some of my favorites like; The Shelter, Tavern & Table, Red’s Icehouse, Page’s Okra Grill, Water’s Edge, Saltwater Cowboys, and the Wreck of the Richard & Charlene.

They thought of everything!! They provide everything you could need and probably more. It's so well decorated, well stocked, up to date amenities, nice sheets and beds, and professionally managed - quick responses to questions and concerns. Loved the complimentary locally roasted ground coffee (2 big bags). I'm a huge fan of stayduvet now and will be choosing their places whenever in Charleston in the future.
Better than expected! So cute, so clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location is in a great neighborhood with super quick access to the beach. Would stay again!
The house was beautiful and bright and clean. There were lots of places to eat nearby. My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. This was a 5 star stay. We had one slight issue with the water temperature. Our showers were luke warm to cold. We reached out to inquire if this was common. We didn't get a response back. But, it seemed like our issue was handled when we were out for the day!! Other than that...everything was worry it!! I would recommend as well as return to Dave's place!!
Amazing, phenomenal stay! My husband, grown son and myself traveled here for a family vacay. We had the best time. The home is beautiful, sooo cozy and comfortable, beautifully decorated and the area is amazing! Beds are very comfortable, too. We all had the best sleep. We had a blast and loved our stay in this beautiful home away from home. I have never felt sooo comfortable on vacation. It really felt like home. Loved, loved, loved this vacation rental home. Host is fantastic, too. Great and clear communication. Everything about our stay here was phenomenal!!! One of our best trips ever! We all enjoyed ourselves and would love to return here again the next time we’re visiting Mt. Pleasant. This home is near all, restaurants, shops, Downtown, beach and more. The food was amazing, people are sooo nice and we had such a great time, I told my husband I’d like to move here. Hahaha. We’re from Miami. Beautiful place and best rental. You need to rent this home. You will really enjoy your stay here! Truly Heaven on earth!! 🧚♀️🌞🌈
