Let the adventures begin in our lovely first-floor stay, “Hampton Park Place” - with 2bd/1ba, our pet-friendly space would be the perfect size for groups/families of up to four people + 1 furry friend. To make things easier for you, this property also features on-site parking, so finding a parking spot won’t be an issue here! The first thing you’ll notice as you pull into our home is the bright red front door inviting you into the warm atmosphere of our space. As you walk inside, you will find yourself in the open-concept living area - where you and your group can kick back after a fun-filled day with a movie/show on your HD flatscreen TV. Head right on through the archway of the living space to your combined kitchen/dining space - the perfect place to make a home-cooked meal and share it with your crew at our 4-top dining table with additional seating for two at the bartop. The connected kitchen has been fully stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware needed for preparing the perfect meal! As “Hampton Park Place” features a single-floor layout, both bedrooms, and their shared bathroom are located just down the hall from the common areas. The master has been adorned with a plush king-size bed and plenty of storage space so you can spread out and unpack your things. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a large closet to store your belongings, and the cutest little accents to complete the vibe. Outside in the hallway, you will find a full bath that can be shared between both rooms - including a starter kit of all your toiletry necessities and black makeup towels for the ladies. Last but certainly not least, you’ve got your own little laundry space with a full washer/dryer set situated right off of the kitchen for those moments when you get your favorite white shirt dirty (or is it just us this ALWAYS seems to happen to on vacation). Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
Our home is just 1 block from the infamous Hampton Park, one of Charleston's largest parks on the peninsula. It boasts the most extensive floral displays of any park in the city. An old rose collection and seasonal displays are planted by the staff and volunteers caring for the park. This neighborhood park has a rich history recently documented through a project of the Charleston Horticultural Society, an audio walking tour called Layers of the Landscape. This park is home to many activities year round. Weddings, family reunions and many Frisbee games are but a few of the diverse activities seen in this park. Home to the Piccolo Spoleto Finale, seasonal outdoor music events, and the physical fitness trail, Hampton Park is a popular spot for locals who live in the neighborhood. The park is an arboretum of sorts with many interesting species of trees and shrubs that grow in the Lowcountry. It is one of the few City of Charleston parks with restrooms and on-site parking.

Highly recommend!! This is our second time staying at this duplex property with a fenced yard in Hampton Park neighborhood and it is even more wonderful this time. The location is perfect for dog owners and active couples or families as it is just steps away from a dog park as well as Hampton Park (huge public park with benches, a running path, and lawns). It is also only a few blocks away from two of our favorite restaurants in Charleston. This place is a secret gem in a less famous part of Charleston but 100% worth staying at. Not to mention the unit is immaculately clean, well stocked with all your kitchen bathroom and bedroom needs, and it is so charming! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into every decoration, collected book, and art piece and that means a lot to us. We will definitely return next year!
This unit is in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and just around the neighborhood. The home was wonderful, and spacious. Yes, it is a two-story unit so you will occasionally hear noise upstairs but no worse than in any other multi floor building. The communication was great, and any questions I had were quickly answered. Would definitely stay here again.
