Our spacious/homey first floor apartment is ideal for groups of up to 4 guests (an air mattress can be made available upon request) with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Situated in a duplex-style home, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by its own private entrance/exit, the house features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for our guests looking to spend time together or enjoy a home-cooked meal (fully equipped kitchen). All bedrooms are located on the ground level/first floor. The full bathroom located between the bedrooms for guests to share. The master has a king sized bed, and guest bedroom with a queen. Guests will also have their own private, fenced-in backyard to enjoy. Perfect for those who wish to bring up to 1 pet per reservation for a non-refundable $100 pet fee.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire first floor, private backyard and dedicated driveway (room for 2 vehicles).
I make myself available to guests throughout their entire stay, either via the messenger or by phone/text. A concierge number/team is available for guests in the event that I am unavailable.
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus. THIS PROPERTY IS LEGAL AND LICENSED BY THE CITY OF CHARLESTON! During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. No Smoking Allowed. Our home is just 1 block from the infamous Hampton Park, one of Charleston's largest parks on the peninsula. It boasts the most extensive floral displays of any park in the city. An old rose collection and seasonal displays are planted by the staff and volunteers caring for the park. This neighborhood park has a rich history recently documented through a project of the Charleston Horticultural Society, an audio walking tour called Layers of the Landscape. This park is home to many activities year round. Weddings, family reunions and many Frisbee games are but a few of the diverse activities seen in this park. Home to the Piccolo Spoleto Finale, seasonal outdoor music events, and the physical fitness trail, Hampton Park is a popular spot for locals who live in the neighborhood. The park is an arboretum of sorts with many interesting species of trees and shrubs that grow in the Lowcountry. It is one of the few City of Charleston parks with restrooms and on-site parking.
