This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom end unit home ‘Hammet Hideaway’ at 4606 Hammet Alley is ideally located for everything the Park Circle area has to offer. A short walk to Quarterman Park, the popular Firefly Distillery, and only a few blocks from other local hot spots including EVO Pizzeria / Bakery, The Junction, The Mixson Club, Holy City Brewing, and the heart of Park Circle. Our spacious two-floor home is ideal for groups of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Guests may access the home through the Hammet Alley entrance where they will have to find two parking spots available in the back. This home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a nice meal. As guests enter the first floor they will notice a spacious dining and living room space beautifully decorated with art from many different local artists around the Charleston area. Open to the living room area, our kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of places to enjoy a home-cooked meal together. Our kitchen features stone countertops, cookware, plenty of cabinet storage/space, and brand new appliances including an oven/stovetop that can also be used as an air-fryer, dishwasher, coffee maker with locally roasted coffee provided by StayDuvet, toaster, and a refrigerator. While enjoying a meal guests may sit at the large island with seating for up to 3 guests or the wooden dining room table with seating for up to 6 guests. The living room area features a large L-shaped couch, coffee table, matching club chair, ceiling fan, a lamp, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a ½ bathroom located towards the back of the home. Through a door in the back of the house, guests may enjoy some beautiful Charleston weather on our outdoor patio area, which features a small outdoor coffee table, two chairs, and a gorgeous view of the pond located directly next to our home. As guests make their way up the stairs to the second floor, you will find our first bedroom which features one twin-sized bed with a trundle that can be pulled out for up to two guests, a closet, a luggage rack, a large mirror, and a desk. Directly across the hallway is our second bedroom which features a king-sized bed, a dresser, full-length mirror, closet, luggage rack, a mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our third bedroom is located at the end of the hall and features a queen-sized bed, two side tables, a lamp, floor-length mirror, luggage rack, and a closet for guest use. Our last bathroom is located at the end of the hallway next to our last bedroom this is a full bathroom with a tub and a large mirror. A brand new washer and dryer are available for guest use on the second floor.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
Park Circle: Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches. Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization and was named the “Brooklyn of South Carolina” by Thrillist. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a relaxing yoga class at Barefoot Yoga, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard-nominated) wine bar. Park Circle is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas (even its own disc golf course). The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of Charleston. Other than the occasional train horn, we think you will find the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. Our home is conveniently situated between Charleston International Airport and Downtown Charleston. It is also in close proximity to Boeing and SPAWAR for you business travelers. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. It’s around a 25 minute drive to Sullivan’s Island Beach, one of South Carolina’s most beautiful beaches.

My families stay with jack was AMAZING the house was beautiful fully equipped with everything you could need from the kitchen, to the bathrooms with towels, shampoos and even hair dryers and straighteners! To the guide that they provided on local eats and things to do! I felt like I was at home here! Located in a new neighborhood and only a short 15 minute drive from downtown Charleston! Jack and his team were extremely accommodating, friendly as well as responsive! I would 100% stay again and recommend to friends

This is a beautiful house inside and out. Clean, homey and bright! Nothing to complain about! We would return. Nice little development. P.s. There is a train that runs nearby. So if you’re sensitive to noise, that maybe something to consider. But it’s absolutely no reflection on the host or house overall.
