Welcome to ‘Gone Coastal’! Our inviting 4 story beach home is ideal for groups of 8 - 12 guests, and boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Located just off Breach Inlet on Isle of Palms, you’ll feel like you have your own secluded ocean-view paradise while being just a short drive from both Palm Boulevard as well as the celebrated restaurants on Sullivan’s Island. Turning off of Charleston Boulevard, you’ll enter the property through the back gate and proceed down a long driveway. The main entrance of the home can be found to the left of the house through the wooden gate. ‘Gone Coastal’s open floor plan offers ample lounge and dining space- making it the ideal space for large groups to gather comfortably. The second floor features a welcoming living area with a plush teal couch, 3 chairs, and large flat screen SmartTV. You'll also find 5 of the 6 bedrooms on this floor. Off the stairs to the left, you'll find the first 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first bedroom on the right has two twin bunk beds, while the second has two full beds, and a SmartTV. The bedroom at the end of the hall on the left is outfitted with a King. The laundry room can also be found on this floor across the hall from the twin room. Back down the hallway towards the porch you'll find two King bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms as well as Smart TVs. Journey out to the screened-in porch and you'll find plenty of outdoor furniture, as well as a staircase that leads down to one of the home's greatest features- the pool. Enjoy a swim after a trip to the beach in our oversized pool and heated spa, or just catch some sun on the lounge chairs. The third floor is the ideal space for entertaining, whipping up delicious meals, and relaxing with your whole group after a day at the beach. Featuring a beautiful custom made Amish dining table that seats 10 and living room with large comfortable sectional sofa, there's no shortage of seating. Our kitchen comes complete with all of the cooking necessities, brand new appliances, gas range, as well as an oversized kitchen island with ample counter space. Continue the culinary journey outside on the screened in porch with our propane grill, or just take a seat on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the sunset. Past the kitchen and half bath, you'll find the final bedroom. 'Gone Coastal's primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed, large SmartTV, Juliet balcony, gas fireplace, as well as a stunning walk-in closet. In the primary bathroom, you'll find a large walk-in shower, oversized tub, and double vanity. Make your way up to the fourth floor to the office space and but be sure to stop by the outdoor balcony for impeccable views of the ocean- this might just become your favorite spot to start your mornings and end your evenings.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Isle of Palms Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
Isle of Palms: Located just 12 miles from downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms is a peaceful and secluded island town bordered by the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Isle of Palms is a wonderfully relaxing beach community filled with friendly locals and visitors alike. With activities like water sports/rentals, restaurants, shopping, festivals, fishing, boating, wildlife tours, or just strolling the beach, staying busy here will not be difficult. Some of our local favorite dining spots include; The Windjammer, Coconut Joe's, Papi's Taqueria, Sea Biscuit Café, Luke & Ollie's, The Refuge, Morgan Creek Grill, The Boathouse at Breach Inlet, and more. Plus you can take Palm Boulevard right down to Sullivan's Island for even more options and attractions like Poe's Tavern or Fort Moultrie. Head up to the Isle of Palms Marina for a full-service Marina with boat rentals & charters, restaurant, and shopping or cruise down to the Wild Dunes Golf Resort to play a few rounds at two of the top 10 golf courses in Charleston as named by Golf Digest.
The beach is an easy walk but you can also rent golf carts at IOP Golf Cart Rentals to make getting around the island easier and more enjoyable. Driving to the beach is not recommended from this location. If you prefer to drive over to the beach, be sure to park completely off the asphalt to avoid tickets. There are also designated parking areas that only require a minimal donation towards local conservation efforts.
