Beautifully restored carriage house with 1 bedroom & 1.5 baths with a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, & heart pine hardwood floors throughout the house. The living room has a sofa with a 40 inch flat screen Roku TV. Our team provides Netflix and Sling TV logins. The bedroom has lofted ceilings with Spanish cedar trim, 2 good sized closets, and direct access to the exterior porch. The master bathroom has a tiled shower, a vanity with marble countertops, and tiled floors. Additionally, there is a washer/dryer available for use in the bedroom suite. You will have 1 off street parking space. You can unload by pulling your car behind the house. The off street parking spot will be one block over in a secured lot.
Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the carriage house. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull one car off the street and into a parking spot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

The Crows Nest was the perfect spot for us! There were so many nice details like the soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. The location was great because it was quiet but easy access to the free bus or Uber. Plus the concierge was responsive and helpful. We would return. Thank you!
Very clean and comfortable stay. Good, safe location with everything either within walking distance or a short drive to downtown. While the free parking wasn't technically "on-site" the parking lot was literally 10 steps from our front door so it was extremely convenient and accessible. A little noise and lights at night but you have to expect that given the location. Would absolutely stay here again.
Overall good value. Only issue was parking - we got locked out of the gated parking lot twice and had to park out front which was a bit stressful because we were not supposed to park there. The staff were very helpful however and quick to respond to try to fix the issue.
My husband and I stayed here for four nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay! We loved the location and cleanliness of the place, and had great communication with both StayDuvet and Quinn. Would definitely recommend!
