Accessed by its own entrance/exit, 3 steps up from the street, the home features gorgeous softwood floors, & exposed heart pine beams that frame tall ceilings. Relax, read, or catch up on your favorite shows in the open floor plan living room on finely appointed & stylish furniture. Then, retreat to your own Smart TV (1 in each bedroom). This home truly the perfect balance of the elegance of what's old & the modern conveniences of what's new. The w/ stainless steel appliances & white-marbled stone countertops. Upon entering the property, you'll notice the carefully manicured landscaping, which is perhaps best enjoyed from 2-tiered private porches complete w/ wicker, patio chairs, overhead fans, & double french doors that open to the common area. This makes it great for groups looking to spend time together &/or enjoy a meal. Speaking of meals, their kitchen is a dream for chefs in your group looking to explore the bounty of flavors from the Lowcountry. There's a 5-burner gas top stove, & enough plates, cups, & cutlery to suit your needs as well as a new dishwasher for easy clean-up. Next to the island is a lovely built-in bench breakfast nook w/ plush pillows. This is in addition to seating at the homes appropriately pink kitchen island. 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st level, with 2.5 full bathrooms complete w/ rain-head showers & a lovely mix of tile &/or marbled stone counters. A half bath is nestled under the stairs. At the top of the stairs, there are 2 more bedrooms w/ a dual vanity bathroom. The street-facing bedroom has its own private porch. A hallway divides another large bedroom w/ a full kitchenette which can also be a lock-off / in-law suite w/ a private entrance back porch entrance/exit. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 7am. There is new construction in the neighborhood.
