Our spacious two floor townhome, ‘Cloud Nine’, is ideal for groups of 8-12 guests (air mattresses can be made available upon request for additional guests) with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Located just off of Johnny Dodd’s Blvd, location and parking won't be an issue here! Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up (exterior) porch stairs, Cloud Nine features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware, dining table with six seats and spacious living room with large L shaped couch and 55” HD Roku TV with Netflix, Sling TV, and Comcast Cable. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second level, with 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom features a king size bed, 55” HD Roku TV and full en-suite bath. Guest bedrooms feature a Queen and 2 Twin beds, with a shared a full bathroom off of the bedroom hallway. Private studio suite off of living room features a King size bed, modern and conveniently equipped kitchenette with wine cooler and Kuerig, full en-suite bath, and a 55” HD Roku TV. Our team provides basic login credentials. Feel free to use your own during your stay as well. All bedrooms feature 100% cotton sheets.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two story townhome including the private studio suite. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into labeled convenient parking spaces, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Cooper Estates/Shem Creek: Our home is nestled in the charming neighborhood of Cooper Estates, part of the fast growing town of Mt. Pleasant. Cooper Estates has a great old town charm, but is filled with natural beauty and modern convenience. It is centrally located just off of Coleman Boulevard and is bordered on one side by beautiful and historic Shem Creek which boasts some of the best seafood found on the East Coast. Shem Creek is one of the most iconic locations in the Charleston area. While it is still home to the last of the local fishing boats, Shem Creek is regularly frequented by kayakers, paddle-boarders, and sunset revelers who enjoy the lively scene on the water. Our home is conveniently located close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Cinnebar, and all the Shem Creek day & night life including some of my favorites like; The Shelter, Tavern & Table, Red’s Icehouse, Page’s Okra Grill, and Water’s Edge.
