Upon arrival, guests enter through the 1st floor private entrance off the front porch, through a beautifully decorated entryway and into the spacious living room area. Our living room features, a large charcoal grey couch, two matching club chairs, a modern style coffee table beneath an eye-catching chandelier hanging from the high ceilings. Here you will also find a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above a gorgeous fireplace. A fully-equipped kitchen. Open to the living room area, our kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of places to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Our kitchen features stone counter tops, bar seating, cookware, plenty of cabinet storage/space and brand new appliances including an oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker. Guests can also enjoy a meal around the dining table surrounded by 4 wicker dining chairs. Here you will also find a utility closet with a stacked washer/dryer. Two Bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the front side of the house and features a plush king sized bed, a large 3-seat couch, two bedside tables with lamps, a closet, a large wall mirror, a dresser, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is located just off the living room area and features a king sized bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, a wardrobe/dresser, full length mirrors, a luggage rack, and a ceiling fan. One bathroom. The spacious bathroom is located off the entryway between the two bedrooms and features brand new stone counter tops, stone flooring, fixtures, and a large glass shower with a rain showerhead. Unit B (2nd floor) features... A 2nd floor balcony with outdoor seating. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the shared front door, make their way up one flight of stairs, and find themselves on the large, open 2nd floor balcony. Here you will find an outdoor sofa, two matching outdoor club chairs, and a coffee table, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the warm, Charleston weather. A comfortable living room area. Through the private entrance off the 2nd floor balcony, and through the entryway is the living room. With two closets fully-stocked with a variety of novels and games, boredom will not be an issue here! A fully-equipped kitchen. Located off of the living room area, our kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and seating to enjoy a home cooked meal. Off the entryway room, ascend one flight of stairs to find the 3rd and 4th lofted bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms feature queen sized beds, one bedside table, closets, and en suite bathrooms.
