Our 2nd floor 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has been recently refurbished and is perfect for large groups wanting to stay in the heart of downtown. Located just steps away from popular Charleston eateries and markets such as Cannon Green, Five Loaves Café, The Veggie Bin, and The Warehouse, guests can enjoy the convenience of being centrally located while having a large, private space to come home to. Our historic downtown Charleston home has a modern traditional design boasting beautiful large windows, hardwood flooring, original fireplaces, and more. The property features: A 2nd floor balcony with outdoor seating. Upon arrival, guests will enter through the shared front door, make their way up one flight of stairs, and find themselves on the large, open 2nd floor balcony. Here you will find an outdoor sofa, two matching outdoor club chairs, and a coffee table, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the warm, Charleston weather. A comfortable living room area. Through the private entrance off the 2nd floor balcony, and through the entryway is the living room. The living room features a large brown leather sofa, two side tables with lamps, two matching club chairs, atop a modern area rug. Here you will also find a large flat screen TV mounted above the mantle of an original fireplace, as well as a large dining wooden dining table with enough seating for 6. With two closets fully-stocked with a variety of novels and games, boredom will not be an issue here! A fully-equipped kitchen. Located off of the living room area, our kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and seating to enjoy a home cooked meal. The kitchen basic cookware, plenty of cabinet storage/space and brand new appliances including an oven/stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. In the corner is a bright yellow dining table with two chairs. In the kitchen area you will also find a utility closet with a stacked washer/dryer. 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms The 1st two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room area. Both feature plush king sized beds with benches at the foot, two bedside tables with lamps, dressers, large closets, wall mirrors, and ceiling fans. Between the 1st two bedrooms just off the entryway is the 1st bathroom. This bathroom has been recently renovated and boasts brand new fixtures, tile, modern lighting, and a glass standup shower. Off the entryway room, ascend one flight of stairs to find the 3rd and 4th lofted bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms feature queen sized beds, one bedside table, closets, and ensuite bathrooms. Each of the ensuite bathrooms have a glass stand up shower. Location plus space, cleanliness, and privacy make our home a hot commodity amongst travelers. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
