The Space

Our 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house, divided into 2 separate units (one upstairs/one downstairs), is newly-renovated and refurbished to accommodate large groups of up to 18 guests. Each unit emanates that historic Charleston charm, provides lots of space and privacy, and comes fully equipped to meet all of your vacation needs. Throughout the home you will find exposed beams, original fireplaces, brand new appliances, chic light fixtures, comfortable furniture, and a homelike feel that can’t be matched. Guests can look forward to spending quality time together while maintaining their own private space. Located at the end of the driveway and through the back gate is a fenced-in backyard with outdoor seating- the perfect spot for a group hangout. Guests can soak up the warm weather and ocean breeze while enjoying cocktails together, relax while reading a book, or catch some rays in this spacious, tropical oasis. Here you will find plenty of outdoor seating including large rectangular table and 6 patio chairs. Not to mention, with 2 off-street spaces that accommodates compact vehicles, parking will be the least of your worries! Unit A (downstairs) features: A bright living room/lounge space. Guests will access the 1st floor unit through their own private entrance on the small porch area that is up half a flight of stairs. Once inside and through the beautifully decorated entryway, you will arrive in the living room. This area features a navy blue fabric sofa atop a trendy area rug, a standing lamp, an oversized club chair, a small side table between 2 accent chairs, and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. All of these features, along with the café table with seating for 2, make this area perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day of travel. A fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen, open the living room, boasts brand new stylish cabinetry, white marble countertops, and new fixtures. It comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided to make guests feel right at home. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located just off the entry hallway toward the front side of the house and the 3rd is located toward the back side of the house off the kitchen. The 1st bedroom features a queen sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table, standing lamp, club chair, a luggage rack, dresser, a large closet, an oversized wall mirror, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom is also located toward the front side of the house and features a queen sized bed atop a solid wood bedframe with a headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, a dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, a club chair, and a flat screen TV on the mantle of the original brick fireplace. In the hallway between these 2 bedrooms is the first full bathroom featuring brand new tile, stone sink countertops, vanity, fixtures, lighting, and a full bathtub/shower. The 3rd bedroom, just off the kitchen, also has a queen sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table, standing lamp, club chair, a luggage rack, dresser, a large closet, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. Just a few steps from the 3rd bedroom is the 2nd full bathroom which boasts brand new tile, fixtures, lighting, vanity, and a glass standup shower. Here you will also find the stacked washer and dryer units, available for guests’ use. Unit B (upstairs) features: A Spacious Living Room/Lounge Area. Guests will access the 2nd floor unit through their own private entrance after ascending one flight of stairs. Once inside and through the beautifully decorated entryway, you will arrive in the living room. This area features a large grey sofa atop a woven area rug, a standing lamp, an accent table, and a circular dining table with seating for 4 beneath the flat screen TV mounted on the wall. All of these features combined with the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, make this the perfect lounge space. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. Open to the living room, the kitchen boasts brand new stone countertops, fixtures, and stylish cabinetry. Our kitchen comes fully-equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided to make guests feel right at home. A 2nd Floor Balcony. Located just off the front room/entryway, guests have access to the small 2nd floor balcony where they can read a book, people watch, or simply bask in the gorgeous Charleston weather. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The 1st bedroom and bathroom are located just off the entryway toward the front side of the house. The 1st bedroom features a plush queen sized bed atop a solid wood bedframe with a headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, a dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, large wall mirror, a club chair, and a flat screen TV on the mantle of the original brick fireplace. The 1st bathroom is located in the hallway just a couple steps away and features brand new tile, flooring, fixtures, lighting, and a full bathtub/shower. The other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom are located toward the back side of the house. The 2nd bedroom, located just off of the living room area, features a queen sized bed atop a metal and wooden bedframe, bedside table with a lamp, a large closet, area rug, club chair, luggage rack, full length wall mirror, and a flat screen TV atop a large wooden dresser. The 2nd bathroom located between and accessed by both the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, features brand new tile, fixtures, flooring, lighting, and a glass standup shower. The 3rd bedroom is located off the kitchen and has shared access to the 2nd full bathroom. Here you will find a twin sized bed atop an industrial style bed frame, an area rug, an oversized wall mirror, and a sliding barn door. A Brand New Washer/Dryer. In a closet off of the entryway is the brand new stacked washer and dryer unit for guests’ use. Guests will have exclusive access to the 2 floors of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull your car off the street and into a driveway/parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Our 5* hosting services company, StayDuvet, will be on hand throughout your stay; from checking you in, to giving you recommendations for things to do. They also have a concierge service and can organize activities such as water-sports, boat rentals, massages, private chefs, helicopter rides, walking tours, and ghost tours. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation.
