Our 3-story home, divided into 3 separate units, has been recently remodeled and has a mid-century modern style interior while maintaining the historic downtown Charleston charm. Throughout the house you’ll find stylish, upscale furniture atop hardwood floors, chic light fixtures, exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, exposed beams & more. EACH unit in the property features: A fully-equipped kitchen. Each unit comes with a fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, standard size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your other kitchen needs. Here you will also find the washer and dryer. You will feel right at home cooking with our vintage style appliances while reminiscing about the good ole’ days. A spacious living room. Each unit’s living room has a bright, modern interior with an HD flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. Each living room features a sofa flanked by stylish accent chairs and side tables making it the perfect spot to kick back and de-stress. An outdoor patio area. Whether it’s sitting by the fireplace on a cool night or having cocktails and hors devours at the outdoor dining table, guests can enjoy the privacy and comfort of our fenced in outdoor patio area which is located in the back of the house. Unit A features: A large bedroom. Slide to open the grandiose double pocket doors and enter the master bedroom which features large bay windows that bring the perfect amount of light and warmth into this space. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, full-length mirror, fireplace, a large dresser, and a small sitting area. A brand new bathroom. The bathroom, located in the hallway, has brand new tile, sink, fixtures, marble countertops, standup shower, and mirror. Unit B features: THREE bedrooms. The first bedroom and bathroom, located on the main/2nd floor, features large bay windows that bring the perfect amount of light and warmth into this space. This master bedroom features a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, a fireplace, a large dresser, and a small sitting area. Attached to the bedroom is a master bathroom, which features brand new tile, fixtures, marble countertop, sink, mirror, and a glass standup shower. Walk up another full flight of stairs to the third floor to find two additional loft-style bedrooms, a quiet workspace with a desk and chair, a second full bathroom, AND a game/playroom perfect for families with young children. Both loft-style bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, wall mounted flat-screen TV’s, bedside tables, a dresser, and a clothing rack. The second full bathroom also includes brand new tile, fixtures, sink, mirror, and a glass stand-up shower. Unit C features: TWO bedrooms. The first bedroom, located on the 1st-level, features a king size bed and HD Roku TV. The second bedroom, located on the 2nd-level, features a queen size bed and HD Roku TV. A dining area. After walking up the 6 stairs onto the porch or using the wheelchair access, guests walk through the main entrance to the apartment and into the dining room area. This room features a dining table with four chairs, perfect for home-cooked meals or board/card games on a rainy day. Just beyond that is the full bathroom, followed by the open plan kitchen and living room.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. You can pull one car off the street and into a driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
