Brooke Haven, a luxurious two-story Charleston Single home was recently fully renovated while maintaining the quintessential charm of old historic Charleston! This home is ideal for large groups of 8-12 guests. Each bedroom features a premium King Sized Bed with en-suite private bathing facilities and a Smart HDTV for your entertainment pleasure. Located on Cannon Street, you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, boutiques, and attractions. Rear parking and private entrance ensure convenient ground-level access to the home. Brooke Haven features an open floor plan with a first-floor Great Room that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. A fully equipped kitchen with all of the requisite cookware and serving utensils is located on the first level. Banquet seating for at least 8 at the table, plus 3 more at the quartz kitchen island. The master bedroom on the second level features an en-suite bathroom with a spa-like soaking tub and a separate tiled shower. In the front end of the house, three of the six bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with three full bathrooms. On the back end of the house, there are an additional two bedrooms, one with a mini-bar, and both with en-suite bathrooms. Lastly, there is a bedroom on the first floor towards the front of the house with its own en-suite bathroom as well. Each of these bedrooms has its own flat-screen Smart HDTV and king-sized bed.
Guest will have access to the entire home as well as (3) parking spaces in tandem in the driveway.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm & 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!

It is a great property for large groups. We had a great time.
Truly the perfect Bachelorette Pad for a super cute and classy Bachelorette Party! The king sized beds were large enough for the girls to split, the bathrooms are spacious and the aesthetic is ON POINT. We took the cutest pictures at the lingerie shower and before going out the next night. All the ladies loved the place. The porch on the second floor is a perfect place to congregate, and there is a convenient half bath right by the living room that we weren't expecting. The beds were a little firm for some of us (but perfect for others) and we appreciated the gratuitous steamer and hangers in the closets :) It's one block away from Spring 132 (a coffee/breakfast/lunch spot), two blocks from Gnome and less than half a mile from King Street. Truly the best decor and space for an amazing girls trip!!!

The perfect house for a weekend getaway. Each room had a king bed and it’s own bathroom, very convenient for that many people staying in one place. The decor was so new and chic, and layout open for us all to be comfortable lounging. Location made it easy to walk downtown as well!
