This spacious home divided into 2 separate units is the ideal space for large parties or families vacationing together. With space to host up to 16 guests, 2 separate living rooms, 2 kitchens, as well as a large front porch and second floor balcony, this home provides ample freedom to spread out and relax when you’re not out exploring the city. The well-appointed rooms and colorful feng-shui throughout the house create an energetic environment for guests to live in and experience throughout their stay in historic downtown Charleston. Unit A features: A Large Front Porch. Upon arrival, ascend a few steps to the spacious shared front porch. Sit back and relax on the front porch seating while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a cocktail at sunset. A Cozy Living Room. Walk through the front door and into the bright and open living room. Our living room has a contemporary style design with all the amenities you need to feel at home. It features a comfortable sofa flanked by 2 side tables, a coffee table, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall above a console cabinet, and 2 matching club chairs. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. The dining and kitchen areas are open to the living room making it the ultimate space to spend quality time with your fellow travelers. Between the living room and kitchen, you will find a small wooden dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen features brand new countertops, a standard-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, a coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of storage space to meet all of your cooking needs. In this area you will also find a storage closet that houses the washer and dryer. 4 Bedrooms and 4 ½ Bathrooms. The first bedroom, located just off the kitchen, features a king-sized bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a small dresser, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes brand new tile floor, new fixtures, and a full bath/shower. Just a few steps down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom. Bedroom 2 features exposed brick, a king-sized bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a flat screen TV, two large closets, and a ceiling fan. Just a few steps across the hall from this bedroom, you will find a full bathroom which has a full bathtub/shower, brand new tile/fixtures, countertops, mirror, vanity, and sink. At the end of the hallway, you will find the half bath which also has brand new tile, fixtures, sink, countertops, lighting, and mirror. Bedroom 3 and 4 mirror one another on opposite sides at the back of the condo. Both bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed flanked by 2 bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, a small dresser, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a large walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom. Both ensuite bathrooms feature brand new fixtures, tile, vanity, a mirror, countertops, a standup shower, and plenty of space. Unit B (upstairs) features: A large front porch. Upon arrival, guests will ascend a few steps to the spacious shared front porch. Sit back and relax on the front porch seating while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a cocktail at sunset. An Open, Spacious Living Room. Upon entering the second floor of the duplex property, guests are welcomed by the large, open living room area that boasts vaulted ceilings, exposed brick, and a Moroccan inspired interior design. Here you will find a sofa bordered by side tables, a coffee table, flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, and 2 club chairs making it the ultimate space to relax and unwind with your fellow vacationers after a day of exploring. A Fully-Equipped Kitchen. The dining and kitchen areas are open to the living room making it the ultimate space to spend quality time with your fellow travelers. Between the living room and kitchen, is a circular dining table surrounded by 4 stylish dining chairs. The kitchen features brand new countertops, a standard-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, a coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of storage space to meet all of your cooking needs. In this area you will also find a storage closet that houses the washer and dryer. 1 Loft-Style Bedroom. This Moroccan style bedroom is lofted, open to the living room area, and ideal for the fun-loving guest(s) who enjoy being amidst all the action. From the living room, climb up the ladder to discover this trendy, awe-inspiring nook. In the loft is a king sized bed, bedside table, a small table surrounded by oversized cushions and chairs, making it the ultimate hangout spot. 4 Bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms located toward the front side of the house each have a king sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, a large walk-in closet, ensuite bathrooms, a flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The 2 bedrooms located toward the back side of the house each have a queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps, a large walk-in closet, ensuite bathrooms, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a small dresser. 4 ½ Bathrooms. All 4 ½ bathrooms have been recently renovated and feature new tile, fixtures, vanities, mirrors, and plenty of space. The two ensuite bathrooms off the bedrooms located toward the front side of the house include full bathtub/showers. The two ensuite bathrooms located off the bedrooms toward the backside of the house feature standup showers. A Second Floor Balcony. Located off of a front side bedroom, the large balcony features plenty of outdoor seating perfect for big groups. Enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather, cocktails at sunset, or your morning cup of coffee, while people watching and soaking up the beautiful scenery from the 2nd floor balcony. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include The Ordinary, The Grocery, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Ice Bing, Goulette, The Jetty, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Poke San, Pink Cactus, and the Warehouse for drinks.
