Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

This place was perfect for our girls weekend. 3 roomy bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Very comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of towels provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. We don’t cook, but it appeared if we wanted to there was a great selection of pans, utensils, etc. The deck was the best! Huge with nice, somewhat obstructed views of the ocean. We had so much fun watching the surfers in the cold. The furniture on the deck could be updated, but it was perfectly comfortable. The deck also felt nice and private. There was a nice supply of essentials to get us started, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, etc. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Folly Beach. Lots of activity, even in the winter. Also very easy drive to anywhere in Charleston. We had a great stay. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy the beach in the summer. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

This is a very professional operation. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed to prepare a family meal, such as baking dishes, cutting boards, knives etc.
