I loved having the outside shower in the back AND foot shower in the front of the house. We stayed at this location to go surfing so these showers were so great so I don't bring in any sand in the house. The place is 2 very short blocks (4mins) from the beach so you can just walk. Located at the corner of 2 streets and closest beach access is 3rd East Public Beach Access. 1 block (3min walk) from Bert's Market which is open 24 hours. Folly's main street is short walk and gives you lots of restaurant options. All walking distance within about 5-7mins. The location of this house was PERFECT for everything. I really loved it. The house was just the way I saw in the photos on the listing. Cute decoration, good size bedrooms, and the backyard / front porch were nice to have to just walk out and sip on coffee or drink. Oh, and having washer and dryer was such a nice added amenities. Lots of towels for our 4-day stay, clean linens, etc etc. I'd strongly recommend this house!

We couldn’t be happier to have found this place!! Reserved as a surprise getaway for my husband’s birthday. Now he wants to reserve both units next year for a family vacation. Love love love!

I had a nice stay. It’s important to remember that when you’re in the low country, a cockroach in the kitchen isn’t the end of the world. It crawled out of the coffee maker before I poured in the water …. So a bit of cleaning and then all was well. This place was walkable to the beach and the “strip”…. Everything was near, and the general store around the corner was a plus. Nice style. Bring a bicycle, ride all over.. Thanks for the nice stay
