Policies

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Great spot to accommodate a large group!

Place was ideal to socialize for our group of old friends and spouses visiting Charleston! Living area with open kitchen was large with adequate seating; perfect for our large group wanting to spend time together, share stories. Kitchen was well stocked with table settings /equipment. Bedrooms and baths were clean with pristine linen and towels. Location is ideal to walk out and discover upper Kings Street with a parade of restautants, pubs, jazz bar, etc. Place has a nice (covered) back patio with sofa. However, the porch area is noisy being right next to the freeway interchange. Fortunately, noise does not perculate inside the home when front door and windows are shut. StayDuvet managing the property was very responsive, eg, extra number of table settings, air mattress with linen required in one of the bedrooms. Very enjoyabe stay. Highly recommend this home.
