This apt is in a great location as you step out right onto King Street, Charleston's main shopping street. The apt was clean and comfortable and furnished lovely. The only negative is the noise. The apt only has single glazed windows so anything happening outside can be easily heard. We were there the weekend before Halloween and the local college students were in the mood to party (rightfully so) but that meant you could hear all the noise from the local bars. If you are in Charleston to join in with the party then its a great place to stay but with kids with us it didn't suit. Still, I recommend this apt if you find yourself in Charleston but only if you can sleep through noise or waiting for it to go quite at midnight.

Awesome spot on King Street! Newly renovated in 2024! A little bit cheaper than the pricey hotels and we absolutely loved the space! Very comfortable bed and linens and towels
