Welcome to the Eastside! The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Eastside, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. You’re still within walking distance of Charleston’s main attractions but you’ll be able to return to a peaceful neighborhood at the end of the day. It’s an up-and-coming part of town that has new restaurants and bars popping up on every corner! Some of the local eateries will be Mercantile & Mash, Rappahannock Oyster Bar and Taco Boy! Just a 15-minute walk from the house is upper King Street where you’ll find plenty of exciting bars, gourmet restaurants, and unique shops to visit. This popular area is a great place to start your adventure.

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was great! Very comfortable and well accommodated. The hosts were helpful and very responsive. We had a small issue with the front door lock and they sent maintenance over quickly to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Charleston!

Stayed at StayDuvet with my girlfriends for a little girls getaway. We really enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb was very cute and in a good location. The host was very responsive and also accommodated checking us in early! The bar downstairs shares the building so we could hear music playing but they closed around 11pm so it wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved Bar Rollins downstairs, but like people have mentioned, it + Tobins across the street are rather loud into the evenings. Just don’t plan for an early night to sleep! Wish we had picked a place just a bit closer to downtown. While there are some walkable places in the area, you’ve seen it all fairly quickly - or have to walk further than you’d like. Parking was definitely challenging, especially on the weekend and evenings. Overall, we had a great stay! Hosts were helpful and responsive!
