No Smoking inside (if cigarette smoke is found inside fins are $1,000 and up) We ask that guests place all trash in the collection cans upon check out. Guests may be subject to additional cleaning charges if excessive cleaning is required by our house keepers or debris is left outside of the dwelling on the property for our team to dispose of. Neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus service fees) if canceled more than 30 days prior to the day of check-in. A 50% refund will be honored if canceled between 7 and 30 days prior to check-in. No refund will be provided for any bookings canceled less than 7 days prior to check-in.

Wow wow wow!! Don’t walk, but run to grab this little gem right in the heart of Charleston!! Just a block off King Street, the location is absolutely perfect and walkable to everything! The house is so comfortable and cozy, the communication with the property manager couldn’t have been better and they were very flexible and friendly! I cannot recommend this home highly enough…one of my most favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in!

This property was exactly the right stay for us. This was our first trip with an 11month old and needed a comfortable setup. This stay was the perfect size and location for us. We had our own space and our child had her own. The kitchen and living area was perfect for mornings and evening meals and relaxing. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right off of King Street and close to anything we needed or wanted to get to. In addition to the property being well cleaned and maintained, the southern charm of the place, was exactly what made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to any small family! PS: Baby Away Charleston (recommended by Stay Duvet) was a life saver. Their prices were very reasonable and they worked with Stay Duvet to have a crib, rocking chair, heightchair and toys set up before we even arrived. They also met us at the airport with an infant car seat!
