First off the location is second to none. The owners are amazing. They use a big management company that isn’t as good as the owners. No snacks or anything like that we needed to buy our own Kleenex. There is no kitchen just a small fridge and sink. There are people upstairs that make a lot of noise. I would definitely stay there again because the location you can walked to everything and the owners are top notch people that were extremely accommodating. If I could give any advice the smaller the car you rent the better. The space is very tight and you need to do a three point turn to get out. All in All the location alone you literally walk to everything. It seriously is the best location. I highly recommend!

This apartment was very cute and cozy. It really captures the Southern charm of Charleston. We thought the location was ideal, within walking distance to many attractions and fabulous restaurants. The parking space was handy as well, although as noted, a smaller car works best for the space. It is on a busy street with normal city noises, but that didn’t bother us at all, and, also as mentioned, noise machines are provided in both bedrooms. And the beds were super comfy.
