Its’s actually two separate units on the same floor. We didn’t know that in advance but it was a nice bonus because it allowed separate climate control which was a major win for us. Plus, they are the only two units on the floor so it felt private. Communication with StayDuvet was very good. Both units were clean and looked like the photos. You can certainly hear the noise from the bars across the street at night but with the provided sound machine, and the fact that we are not light sleepers, it was not an issue for us. This end of King street had lots of bars and restaurants and had a nice stay.

Did not realize we were getting two separate apartments. My friend and I had our own private places! A great choice if you are looking to take a trip with another couple and want private spaces yet close together! I would recommend darker curtains, had more light from the street shine in my bedroom than I am used to. Great location! Make sure to check out the Asian restaurant across the street. Host keeps the place clean, well maintained and cozy! I would definitely come back!
